Hi! I am new here! I spent some time researching alternative options from Medifast, and my research has brought me to this board. I am currently working on switching diet plans to a similar program that doesn't really have its own online support- I have found a couple threads here.
Prior to starting this program I was a calorie counter and it did help but these types of programs seem to work much better for me.
I am learning how to use all the controls- currently a little over 20 pounds down and about 40 more to go
