Default Hello :) I'm new to this sitee

Hi i'm new to this site and I was wondering if there is anyone that can help me.
I would like to lose a couple of jean sizes and If anyone can give me any advice or tips they would be really appreciated.

My stats

Age: 18
Height: 5 feet 0 inches
Current Weight: 140
Ideal Weight: 120

I'm not in any hurry to lose all this weight buy I would like to lose most of it off by August. Would 10 pounds be possible by that time?

Welcome! Good luck on the weight loss.

I don't think 10 pounds by August would be too soon. Maybe incorporate some exercise into your routine, cut out some of the empty calories, drink more water, eat your vegetables and fruit servings.

Personally, I am doing Weight Watchers although I almost eat mostly vegetarian. There are alot of great forums here, maybe look at what each one entails and go from there.
