Default im getting married in 5 months!!!!!!!!!

AHhhhh!!!!!!!! and the closer the wedding gets the more i seem to want to eat! and.... i met my husband to be at the gym...hes a personal trainer and i used to look pretty hot...... i guess being happy really can make you fat. so i guess i need some support or maybe just to read what others women are doing. i live in orange county, CA at the beach and im totally not looking forward to wearing shorts above the knee this summer... nor anything else that happens when its hot and your uncomfortable with your body...

Eat tons of fresh veggies and fruit to curve your appetite.
Watermelon is so filling and healthy as well!
Good luck to you and congrats.

I'm getting married in 5 months as well, but nothing fancy. I want to be down to a healthy size by then, so I'm doing Chalean Extreme and eating healthy right now and plan to do Chalean Extreme with Turbofire when it comes out. Also, I bought a new recipe book from Taste of Home called Healthy Comfort Foods, so I plan on giving that a try. Five months is plenty of time, so I'm sure you'll be fine. Good luck!

May I suggest the South Beach Taste of Summer cookbook? The recipes are pretty easy and delicious.

It's funny - reading your post reminded me of my sis. She and her husband met at the gym in Newport Beach and just about their entire "courtship" period consisted of working out together! It must have been a good start because it's been twenty years now and they're still working out!
