I like that jogging/walking idea. I am still a bit too heavy to be adding in running just yet, but another 10 or 15 pounds and I plan on starting to kick it up a bit.
We definitely have our moments when we need a break from each other - we're too much alike sometimes!
I did my walk/jog this morning. It went really well. It helps that I'm finally using an arch support in my runners. I ruined my right foot in high school wearing high heels shoes and boots, and the orthotics are perfect. Next time I'll have to remember the sunblock and insect repellent!
I found a cookbook yesterday, and each recipe only uses three ingredients, which is big for me bc my biggest issue with cooking is time, and having to spend a fortune on ingredients I'll only use once. I'll find out today if the recipes are good!
