Well, where to start off? I'm 19 and am very new to the forums. I've recently started dieting again and am looking to drop about 75 lbs. I'm 5'7 and currently weigh 245 lbs; blah I know. I'm hoping that with frequenting these forums I'll gain some friends and be inspired to reach my goal. My heaviest weight I've seen on a scale was 286 lbs & I've been able to drop about 41 lbs over the past few years, but that is simply not enough. I want to be healthy, skinny, active & attractive!

Go Alec! woo hoo!!! and while you're there... do 45mins for me as well... I'm afraid i feel a bit lazy today (ok, maybe not a bit... a lot)
Only managed to do 30 minutes, the ellipticals at the gym are much more intense than the one I have at home. Those lazy days seem to affect me fairly often also.
Hi alec hop over to the 100lb club it's where myself matt and howie are usually found. I know Ohio is not small but howie is from there so perhaps u could contact and find out if your close enough to help each other out.
Hey Alec... I just want to say that I have had many of the same feelings that you have towards urself... I have never been completley happy with my body... I am new here this is my first day but hopefully we can support each other thru this and both achieve our goals that would be so awesome!!!
