Well, where to start off? I'm 19 and am very new to the forums. I've recently started dieting again and am looking to drop about 75 lbs. I'm 5'7 and currently weigh 245 lbs; blah I know. I'm hoping that with frequenting these forums I'll gain some friends and be inspired to reach my goal. My heaviest weight I've seen on a scale was 286 lbs & I've been able to drop about 41 lbs over the past few years, but that is simply not enough. I want to be healthy, skinny, active & attractive!
