My name is Suz. I'm a happily married almost 40 year old with no kids (yet!).
I started South Beach in April of 08 and had lost 75 pounds. Lack of exercise and poor food choices caused me to pack 30 of those pounds back on this past winter. I was sick when I stepped on the scale - I hadn't realized I had let myself go that much (although my spring clothes certainly let me know!).
I started phase 1 of SB on Saturday, managed a 65 minute walk/jog yesterday (I used to be an avid jogger), and am feeling great today, day 3.
Hoping that this board and all of you will help me keep it off this time.
