Hello everyone! I'm Jennifer. I'm trying to lose weight before I hit the big 3-0 next year! I'm at 250lb and would really like to get down to my goal of 175lb. Anyone know of a good way to get started and stay motivated?

Hi Jennifer! My name is Katy. I am 29. I too am new here. I started weight watchers on 4/25 at home. I bought the materials off of ebay. I lost 4 pounds sofar. I started out at 285, my goal is atleast 170. I have a ways to go, but I am determined. PM me if you want my email to chat. I am on and off the computer all day!
I would suggest an easy way to get started which would be to make a decision to start making better choices today. Shop around for a plan to follow if you haven't decided yet.
The very best way for me to stay motivated is to post here every single morning before I head out into the world of incredible edibles. It grounds me and I seem to stay focused.
