New, with questions
Hi, I'm new here and have had many challenges since I've been obese most of my adult life. I would get down to a healthy weight then go right back up. But then I got sick and lost more and have stayed at this weight for three years now. I didn't see which area is support for chicks who have lost and want to keep it there. And where would I go for the problems that go with losing a lot of weight, especially when you are older?
