Default Slow and Steady

Back again. Not new. Finally found something I think will work for me. Calorie counting. I got rid of soda all together but if i get a craving ill be drinking diet. I try to stay away from fast food cause lets face it, it is very hard to stay away from the unhealthy foods. Atleast for me.
