30-day bodyrock.tv challenge
Hi all,
I've started a 30-day challenge! I'm going to be completing the daily workouts from bodyrock.tv and mostly eating Lean Cuisines.
If you haven't seen Zuzana's workouts, check them out. They use only body weight, but are ridiculously tough.
I've decided to go on a "Lean Cuisine Diet" for a couple reasons. First and foremost, it's insanely easy to prepare food - just microwave it. Second, I think consistently eating Lean Cuisines will help teach me portion control and when I start incorporating more "real" food, I will have a good idea of how much of it I should eat.
I plan to post pictures every day, and post side-by-side comparisons once a week.
