Thanks Cheerios, anyways I couldn't help but to weigh myself today. I told myself only once a week, but I couldn't resist I stepped on the scale and i lost 3 pounds. I don't know if that is normal, but I was very excited. It just make me all the more motivated to losing weight.

Hi DMax95. I am new here too. I am on Atkins and have been since 1/4/10 (this time). So far I have lost 33lbs. Back in 2003 I lost 85lbs on ANA and then I thought I could go back to eating what I wanted - WRONG.

So, I am back and committed to lose that 85 again. I've got 50-60 to go...

Thats wonderful Catmandu I know you will surely hit your goal at this rate your going. If you don't mind me asking how much weight did you lose the first couple of weeks?

I'm new here too, but I think we're in a good place for support. There is so much to check out on this website and from the few posts I've had a chance to read, everyone seems really nice and supportive of each other!

I just started Weight Watcher's Core Plan and have used a few of the recipes found here on this site. I must say that I don't think I'll have a whole lot of trouble sticking to it because these recipes so far are YUMMY! The recipes are a godsend - check them out for your plan!!

Welcome, and best wishes with your secret adventure!

Sorry to hear that you have very little support. Luckily sites like this are filled with people on the same journey who understand where you are coming from.
