about 90lbs overweight. Talk about being down in the dumps. I have attemted to lose weight many times before and end up falling off track. I hope that this helps. For starters I think not skipping breakfast and keeping a food journal should be a good start. Till next time.
Hi and welcome!! Yes, that sounds like a good start. My biggest deal is trying to make myself eat breakfast within an hour of waking up, but it really does help, if I have a good breakfast, I'm apt to make good choices all day it seems. Good luck to you and welcome!!!!!!!!
