I'm on the Meta Slim Hypoglycemic menu. It's great because I eat 6 times a day. I had GBS 7 years ago and list over 100 pounds but have been unable to lose the las 50 on my own MRC is great for GBS patients because of the high protein low carb aspect of it. I have lost 20 punds in the last 27 days. I lost 8 pounds since being on MRC diet.
