Hi everyone!
I'm 26 going on 27 in September. I sadly weigh 250lbs! I've always been over weight, but not this much. I'm not getting younger and would love to feel and look good. People always tell me I have "such a pretty face", but I want everything else to be pretty too. I have a problem over eating - I love food, especially the unhealthy kind. And working out ... forget it! I haven't done that in so long. I plan on joining a fitness club (looking at the website as i type this). I've always been unmotivated and quit as soon as i think it's getting harder to be committed. Today I am putting my foot down! I plan on living a healthier life and feeling confident about myself. My long term goal is to get down to 150. My short term goal is to lose 50lbs.
