Im Fat. Thats not all I am. But thats what I have become so I am now on a journey to become healthy!!! My 2yo (adopted from China in case there are others out there) needs a fun and healthy mom. I have started South Beach this week and looking for resources, those who have been there done that and simple encouragment. My hubby and I live in the ATL area!~

Hi! You can start by walking a fews mile and then work your way up slowly. Bring out the sweat slowly so your body can also adjust with its metabolism.

Thanks but I am focusing on diet for the first week and then I am going to add in going back to the gym and getting on that treadmill again!
