So, I'm new here and this is kind of a last resort for me.
I'll be 36 this summer and have 5 children...
I'm also a retired pro fighter {so of course my name here has nothing to do with my professional name}
I suffered a pretty bad knee injury and decided to hang up the gloves...since then, I've gained around 60 pounds.
Pre-kids I was a whole 96 pounds....after my 2 I still stayed about 105 or so....then it was 110-115...
Now I weighted in at 170.8 on April 8th.
It's time to get this back off...I don't even know how I let it happen.
So far I've drastically cut carbs {quickest known way for weight loss results}--
I was drinking at least 1 to 2 Starbucks mocha fraps {the bottles ya buy at the store} each day and 6 to 8 cans of reg soda. I had done diet, but I had started getting headaches.
Starting the morning of the 8th, I swapped back to diet soda and have had no more than 2 a day..as much as it's killing me, I also stopped my coffee.
When I weighted in this morning, 2 days into my diet, I am at 168.8
I can't do the gym thing until after summer as I have to be home with my kids...hubby's a truck driver and we have no help for taking care of them. So, I'm hoping the drastic cut in my carbs will work at decreasing my weight steadily at least for awhile.
Anyway, my goal is to be back to 110, though I'll even settle for 120 at this point
..looking forward to getting to know everyone here ♥
