Gotta do this!!!

Where to begin? I am a mother of two beautiful girls. Only I do not feel so beautiful!! Before I had my girls, I was a size 10....now a size 18-20. I have been doing zumba for approx 7 weeks now and have lost 10 lbs. I am also starting the Couch to 5k....I just have to get a handle on my eating....this has proved to be very hard for me because I feel hungry ALL the time. I love carbs----pasta, bread etc......ugh. Anyway, I just feel that if I can get this under control, I will be on my way to a better happier life. I don't really know what to say.....I don't really talk to anyone at home about this because I have always been self confindent and I don't want anyone to know that I am not right now....so....I guess I have come to the conclusion that I need to stop thinking about it and just do something about it (easier said than done), but I am ready for a change!
