Hi all. I'm new to these forums. I weighed myself yesterday for the first time in quite awhile. At 217, this is officially the heaviest I've ever been. I've been trying to ignore it because it's so discouraging to think how long it will take to lose, but I can't anymore. At least, I'm hoping that I can't which is why I'm here. I need some support to help keep myself accountable to my goal of losing weight.

I'm new here to and I am feeling the same way. It can be a bit overwhelmed when I look at the numbers!!!
