Hi, I'm new to this website..
well, I've just tipped the scale at 200. And it hurts to say that. I've been trying to lose weight since I was 11, and all I've managed to do is gain 60lbs since then (21 now)
I'm not sure what path I'm going to take, but I figure, being part of a community will make things easier, as I am a private person. Everyone's stories are inspirational.
My story, is like so many. I've tried plan after plan. South Beach, Weight Watchers, cutting out sugar, adding lots of Fiber and a few fad diets in between. I haven't been able to stick to anything.
