Cool Creeeeeeeaaaaaak...... May I come back again?

Hi All!

I am knocking on the door again. Been here a few times, but I never seem to stick to anything. I just know if I was sticking with it, I would have success.

So.... here I am, looking for someone who can keep me going. Make me accountable...

I am 29yrs old (would love to be smokin' hot by my 30th bday next January), looking to hopefully knock off a good 80 lbs (of course as my body changes my goals may change as well, because who really knows what is hiding under the flab!) Planning to work out to Walk Away the Pounds, and I am currently sitting at 236 lbs.

Yay! I am excited!!

Hi! Welcome (back)

Walk Away the Pounds sounds like a great start! If you get to a point where you want to walk outside, I'd suggest downloading some favourite playlists on an mp3 player or getting downloaded books to listen to, to make the time fly by.

Sticking with it is key... Hopefully you'll find success. Good luck
