I'll be off perusing this website for a "non-dieting" forum. I've had it with diets. This is my year to lose weight, but it won't be yet another diet; that's for sure.
Welcome. You've come to the right place for some inspiration. I myself have given up on diets and simply decided to try to eat whole foods.
