Red face need your support
I'm 32 yrs old, quit my job of 14 yrs to be at home w/my 10 month old baby. After my pregnancy I've continued the "extra eating" and my weight continues to climb. I get wiped out just taking care of my daughter & find myself napping whenever she does without energy to do much else. I look forward to Spring so we can start walking around the neighborhood. I have started to eat healthier & am hoping that the support of a forum will keep me on track.
