Default Hello

Hi everyone, I've been "sort of kind of trying to lose weight" for a long time now, but really just slowly gaining weight. Today I weighed myself and I was exactly 200 lbs and decided right then that I was going to lose weight for real this time. My goal is to lose 10 lbs a month until I'm 130 lbs.
