Hello Everyone...My name is Stephanie and I just joined this site today. I have always struggled with my weight. The past year I have put on several pounds. I stepped on the scale today and was shocked. I actually changed the batteries to make sure it wasn't broken. It was seeing that number of 214 that I decided to do something about it. My goal is to be around 150. I am very thankful I found a forum that can help me on the days I need some motivation. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone. If any one has any advice I would love to hear it...Thanks
