Thank you.
Well, since i still attend high school it's been very hard,
but i go walked a minimum 3 days a week for an hour or more a day,
sometimes on flat surfaces, sometimes not.
As for dieting, I've cut most of my intake in half,
switched to organic choices over junky things,
CUT OUT SODA FROM MY LIFE(hard, but accomplished),
drink many cups of water, and count calories (:
it's not an official 'diet' but i feel it working in my well being!
