I have been lurking a checking out the forums and it seems very cool. I have been on a diet forever.

My most recent diet is weightwatchers but I have fallen off the bus again, and need to get back towards my goal.

I did lose 30 pds last year. but gained 4 back, so I am restarting weightwatchers next week and think this support forum looks great and fun.

I want to weight 173

I really like it, and I need someone to hold me accountable and their information makes alot of sense.

I just tend to overeat when I am emotional or eating out is too hard for me. I have to eat at home on a schedule.
