Angelique. I'm 26, mom to a 5 year old, and FAT. I wish I could say that I was still clinging on to the "baby weight", but I actually lost it all quickly after giving birth to my son. The sad thing is, I've accumulated all of this weight in the last five years. I've gotten lazy. I stopped caring about what I ate. Let's not forget that having a child WRECKS your body, metabolism, hormones. I'm a wreck lol.
My problem isn't really that I don't know what to do. It's that I don't have the willpower to follow through. I've always been a Monday dieter, and by Tuesday I've failed. I have good intentions, but bad habits.
I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START!!
But I'm trying to take it one day at a time. And hopefully being here will give me the motivation I need to keep it going.
