I'm 41 and have been overweight to varying degrees my whole life. My max was 269 last May when I began my weight loss. I'm down to 178. My original goal was 150 but I'm not sure if I will be satisfied there are not! I've been counting calories and exercising but hit kind of a slump lately so I'm intesifying my effort. I'm doing modified eat to live and on day 3 of the 30 day shred. Hopefully this week will see some weight loss!
It's a very good idea to intensify your workouts when you're stalled for a while, playing with your calories works well too... I've added one day of running and it's made all the difference in the world.
