Hello New Year!
Hi There! I am trying to lose 20 pounds. It's been a struggle, but I've already lost 5 pounds and feel that this is the year I regain control of my eating habits.
My physical last year showed that my health is not an issue at this point, but with heart disease, obesity, diabetes, and other things in my family tree I figured it was time I readjust my eating to avoid these problems.
I hope to gain new friends, motivation and support as I lose these pounds!
