Hi All!
Just an intro as this is my first time on a weightloss forum.
I'm a mum of 3 boys. 5ft 4. Weighing in at 150lbs. Adddicted to chocolate
!! But generally I do eat healthy(apart from chocolate)...I make everything from scratch (because it's cheaper) BUT I really struggle with portion sizes.
SO my resolution this year is to eat smaller portion sizes. I joined the gym 6mths ago and have lost 1 1/2 st by working out 3x a wk. Which doesn't seem alot, but I didn't change my eating habits whatsoever LOL and I drastically reduced my overall bodyfat and increased my lean muscle mass...so what could I acheive if I change my eating habits? I hope to find out this yr!
I hope to lose 1stone in the next 4mths, to start me off..
