Hi im new, obviously lol, I'm 22 and 4'11 and weigh 135....I was never this big til after high school, during school i was around 120 alot of it was muscle i was a twirler and did alot of physical activity every day. I would love to be 115 again and I want to change my eating habits(burger king, taco bell) and its really hard because i work and go to school and dont have alot of money left over for expensive healthy stuff. anyway...my first thing i want to do is start walking in the mornings, maybe start off at 30 mins taking my roomate's dog walking with me for company....i would really love any support/advice
