getting the hang of it
ok so i started the conqure the fat loss code four days ago and for the first time in my life i have actually hungry every few hours i thought it was gonna be hard to eat 5 to 6 times a day. if you were to take one look at me you would think i would eat all the time i mean come on how do you get to be almost 100 lbs over weight and not eat all the time or binge eat or just plane eat a bunch of crap all the time right. wrong if you were to look in my house you would never find a soda or chips, sweets, **** i dont even own a box of sugar. all you would find is health stuff but if you dont eat it dose not matter if you eat a salad or a peice of death by chocolate cake it all turns to fat because your body goes into starvation mode. but what can you to when your NEVER hungery? well ill tell you i decited that enough was enough and i found this diet or shall i say a new look at life and meal time i have 5 reminders set on my phone telling me to eat i thought 4 days ago that this was gonna be hard eating every 3 hours while awake well its not i have been getting hungery before my alarm goes off i am so proud of myself. i also have been getting my fat lazy but up every morning and doing cardio by 7am so i can have breakfast by 7:30am i have such faith in my self i know i can do it and i am finally ready to show everyone that i can and will succed!
