Hi, I'm a Newbie!
I came accross this site while googling my current diet.
It seems like a great place for motivation, and I wanted to join.
I'm 30 I've been dieting forever.
Now I'm just looking to be healthier, not to be a certain size.
I'm recently married and when we decide the time is right for children, I don't want to weigh what I weigh now!
I just started the cookie diet, not necessarily the most healthy, but I wanted a quick jumpstart.
I'm super excited that I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks, I plan to continue for a few more, then start to eat a more balanced diet.
I just have to find motivation for exercise.
I hope to find that here.
