This isn't my first attempt, or even my second, but I have a new determination and a lot more knowledge this time around. I'm excited to be here and to lose weight and learn more. I got married this year and my husband and I want to start a family in the next 4-5 months so I'm highly motivated to achieve my goals. I also have a ten year old I seriously need to be a better example for and I'm pretty ashamed of myself for letting myself get this far gone. I'm going to be losing weight by calorie counting and working out. I'm following the principles of the eat clean diet and trying to eat vegetarian most days. Thanks for listening, wish me luck!
