Hello All!
I'm not exactly new- I last posted over a year ago, and then life happened, and now, as my name implies, I am ready to give this another go. I have a few big fitness goals that aren't weight-related exactly, but I do have about 130 lbs to lose as well, which seems so huge and overwhelming that I definitely don't quite know where to start. I do know that the last time I was here I was pretty whiny and my attitude got in the way of any possible success. I feel much more grounded and positive, and I am really looking forward to making some good changes! Here goes.
