Just another newbie joining the ranks and looking for support when the going gets tough.
A bit about me - I started on my journey a couple of years ago when I weighed over 21 stone and really didn't have a life. Unfortunately, I cannot give myself all the credit for the weight loss as I started to use a personal trainer.
He literally changed my life. Luckily I chose a trainer that not only looks at nutrition and exercise but also the motivation side of things - more of a health coach I guess (I didn't know this at the time of choosing him). We set a lot of goals which turned it into a lifestyle change and getting fit rather than looking to lose weight which I think really helped me.
I now play football for a local womens team, and exercise really isn't a chore for me anymore. Anyway enough waffling from me, I just wanted to share a bit of my story and even though I still have a long way to go feel like I am well on my way
