Default September 20, 2009 - No more excuses

Hello everyone!

My last binge was about 1 hour ago. Once again I fooled myself into thinking that it would be ok...that it would make me feel better. Who was I fooling because right now I do not feel ok, I do not feel better. STUPID! That is when I decided that I cannot do it alone and that I need major support. I have lurking in this forum for weeks and think that you guys are so inspirational and hope that you can help me in this journey.

I have been obese most of my life but I've always told myself you may be fat but your are not like a "regular" fat person. Why am I not a regular fat person because I am active, I like fruit and veggies, and I know a lot about nutrition...I am just a skinny person trapped in a fat suit...wait, isn't that the lies/excuses a regular fat person tells themselves to make excessive eating ok. Well, it is time for me to stop all of this nonsense. I am a young person whos health is failing and at this point it is do or die. So wish my luck on my journey as I hope that some of your success rubs off on me!

Also how do I get the cute images of the bottom that tracks the weight loss and how much excercise a week?

Hi and welcome to 3fc where most of the wonderful people and inspiring people are! I binged couple days ago and now I just realized it just made me feel so sick and tired and just plain LAZY! If you binge, which I hope you don't! Bust out all the healthy food and eat all that and not any of the nasty greasy foods! Time to start a healthy new lifestyle =) and most of all remember this DO NOT GIVE UP!

Thank you! I am off to work. I am going to stay focused and stick to my meal plan. One of my main goals today is...HANDS OFF THE CIDER DONUTS!

Welcome!!! You can do it! Take it one step at a time! What's really been helping me lately is the extreme amounts of support from this forum (seriously, go check out the goal and mini-goal forums - TONS of inspiration) and making mini-goals for myself (such as -5lbs this month, which I've already surpassed!).

Don't beat yourself up over the binge - it happens to the best of us. Just take it in stride with your weight loss journey! Good luck and we really hope to see you around 3FC!

yeah Ive binged before and its no good it only makes you feel worse after your done! but the first step is deciding that you need to change and you've done that! Since you already are active and eat fruits and veggies then it will be a little easier just got to start slow and keep going. If you need anything feel free to message me! Good Luck on your Journey!
