Came across this site while researching many, many diet programs. Been 'lurking' for a week now trying to decide if I really want to do this. I never signed up for a chat/blog (heck I don't know even know what you call this) but I am tired of being overweight! Guess I am figuring, if I can't get the support at home, maybe I can get the support here.
It's good to have you here, I'm pretty new, too, and love it! I have gleaned a lot just by reading. When I post someone is right there to encourage or share a victory or just support me. I love this place!
BTW (by the way) this is called a forum. Each topic is called a thread, and each reply is called a post. There are lots of abbreviations, some are obvious, others not so much so be sure to ask when you don't understand. You can start a blog (which is like an online diary/journal that others can read) if you like by clicking "free diet blogs" at the top of the page. Everyone here is really helpful, I'm sure you'll love it!

Welcome! I'm new...just joined last weekend I love it here so far. Progress pics are so motivational and other ppl stories! If they can do it why cant we?? No one said it's easy, but if you WANT it you CAN do it! Best of luck!
