Hello everybody! My name is Lindsay. I am starting the South Beach diet on Monday and I am so excited! I have been collecting so many recipes for phase one!
My boyfriend, Patrick, will be doing the SB with me also. I am 100lbs over weight. My future health plus my newly aching knees...has pushed me to finally get rid of this extra poundage!!! I really do enjoy my looks, and I carry my weight well...looking better is just a plus for this diet!
Like I said before, I am doing the South Beach Diet. Phase one is only for 2 weeks, but I plan on being on phase one for AT LEAST a month. Anyone on here go for longer? The book says not to exceed 2 months, so that might be how long I stay on phase 1.
