Default Howdy!
Well, I'm trying to face the fact that this weight isn't going to go away by itself and I'm actually going to have to make some changes. I'm probably like most of you - been slightly overweight most of my life, but it's been getting steadily worse over the past 10 years or so. I now have about 80 lbs or so to lose and it just seems overwhelming. I had success with WW about 5 years ago, but have tried it several times since and just can't get back into it. I know I can do it and I know how to do it - I just need to do it!! So, hopefully visiting this site will give me the motivation to get started and keep going. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all a lot better and sharing our successes together!!

I'm doing the WW plan also. My group is great and I work hard to stay motivated. Once you start to see some results it gets easier. Just keep at it!
