I found this site while looking up info on slmiforce7. A friend recommended it but I wasn't really sold on the idea. After checking out the information here I decided against it. Since I was already here I browsed some out the threads and really liked what I was reading. I have been struggling to find motivation to lose weight and after a few minutes here I have found it again. Its nice to find people that are going through the same things I am.
I like the south beach diet cause it has worked for me in the past but after a trip I started cheating a ended up stopping completely. I really want to start up again. I tend to get bored easily with exercise so I need to change it up constantly. I have started using some of the on demand routines an I'm really liking it. I can use a different anytime I get bored with the current one. Although I do tape my favorite ones for when they are no longer available. I'm thinking of adding Alli to my diet plan but I'm still unsure.
Hi! I'm new, too. I bought Alli last Sunday and have adjusted my eating plan to prepare to take the Alli today, but I haven't done so yet. I want to be sure that I totally grasp how it works - I posted a few questions on the Alli thread and hope to get some reassurance there.
