Smile hiiii another newbi
hi
am new to this forum/site.
after years of yo yo dieting and reaching 30yrs last month, i have decided to change my life and be happier.
i want to lose weight so i can have a better life, be more confident in myself and not ashamed of my weight.
i want to lose about 60 lbs to get down to a BMI of under 30.
i have a long way to go but am very determined this time to do it and reach my goal and i know i can do it with all your help.
