I was asking around for some exercise tips on anothe forum and someone mentioned finding a weight loss/fitness forum. So I did a search and found this one. I'm a full time working mom to 3 wonderful kids. I gained 60lbs. with my 1st pregnancy which left my stomach looking rather crummy. I managed to lose all my baby weight after my last child but over the last few months I've gained about 10 lbs. I'm looking for some great tips on eating and exercise. I'm not a strong willed person so it's going to take lots of motivation. But when I tried on my summer clothes and many didn't fit then I knew I had to lose the few pounds I'd gained.
