Hi guys my name is MeriAngel. A group of 4 of my friends meet every Wednesday, weigh in record on paper, share dinner, exercise (our new thing is wi youga) and just in general support each other. 3 of us are doing it the WW way and 1 gal is doing the low carb way. Were all training for a 5k fitnes walk on June 6th. Going into this was one of our goals. When we set it I never thought it would become a reality. But I am now walking 6 times a week, going just past 2 miles, and loveing it! So far I have lost 47 pounds. I am so excited. People at work totally have noticed and it's kinda hard to deal with all the attention. Us fat people are used to being looked past. Still got like 80lb to go hope I can have stick-to-itiv-ness. I am not dropping 7lbs a week any more and it's kinda of a bummer. But I guess haveing cheesecake yesterday was not the A answer.
