Hi everyone. After a few months of hitting a plateau I have decided maybe a little support might help. I started at 308 at the end of my pregnancy with my second child and over the last year got down to 225. I have been stuck in the 220s for the last 5 months. This is the size I always was through high school and college so I am having a hard time getting through. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Maybe up your exercise routine or increase your calories a bit? Sometimes thats all it takes. I get into the same situation when I hit the 130's, almost there. That is where my body likes to be. Keep the faith, it will come off!
