Hello from Canada
I just wanted to say that I am new to this site and so far I have found it very interesting and informative. I am hoping that this site will give me the encouragement that I need to stick to my diet, it helps that everyone here is in the same situation as I am and can understand what I'm going through.

We have groups here by age range, amount to lose, eating plan...anything you can think of! There are also a lot of groups and challenges that can provide a great push. So my first advice is to look around! You're sure to find a spot where you fit perfectly.
