I think its finally sunk in that I have to see this through to the end - which is the rest of my life. The lose 20, think its okay to "cheat alittle" and before I know it the 20 and more is back. It's not yo-yo dieting, I just don't have the willpower to say no. I'm looking forward to reading the forum where lots of people are going through the same thing & seeing where others have successfully seen the light at the end of the tunnel! I'm really going to focus on the success stories!

i have the same exact issue you do! don't worry, you can get through those will power issues! and the success stories keep me around too they help me so much when i'm wanting so badly to eat something that's horrible for me. good luck!
