Hey everyone! Im a newb....jsut looking to get and give some support....
a little about me
I live in NS Canada, I have a beautiful son who i love with all my heart. I have an amazing fiance who works away alot of the time. We are getting married Aug 8......as long as I can pull it off hehe

Id like to lose about 40 pounds before my wedding....I am calorie counting on fitday and doing turbojam and TBL cardio max dvds....
anyways just thought id say hello and good luck everyone!

I have a wedding too but in Sept - not mine but cousin. I am also counting calories but also using portion control. If I give up certain foods, I'll binge later and I refuse to live like that anymore. Good luck on the 40lbs. Here is some to help you along.
