Default I really am going to lose weight this time
Hi,

Just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone. I've gained and lost the same 50 pounds over and over, and I'm having some trouble doing it again. I've picked up a copy of Jillian Michael's Winning by Losing and I'm looking forward to making the weight loss permanent.

We have a lot of forums to check out here...by age range, by amount to lose, and a Calorie Counters forum as well. So look around and check out all of the different spots.
