Default Hi Im new and I think I already messed up!
I posted this in another area before I saw introductions, it may take me awhile to figure this out, please bear with me.

I have decided that this is the year to get healthy. Two events made this decision for me, a visit to my dr with a diagnosis of high cholesterol and high blood pressure, and a very dear friend having a stroke.

I have tried to do this on my own before and never succeeded, so I thought this time I would try something new and share my lets say adventure.

This year is as good a time as any! I'm so glad you've found us.

We have many, many areas to investigate...by age range, by eating plan, and by amount to lose. So look around!

Find a spot or many, settle in, and get to posting. I can't wait to get to know you better!
